IDTAGS.COM will not sell, trade or give out your personal information, email address, buying habits, or payment information to third parties, period! We use your information only to process your order. We have endorsed a No Spam policy. Occasionally, we will offer promotions, programs and other services to our current customers. These offers are kept "in house". Our premises are secured and monitored by an advanced ADT alarm and security system. Access is limited to company personnel only. Any information sent to us over the internet is secured with 128-bit encryption. Shipping Policy

We ship most orders within 3 business days via USPS First Class Mail or Priority mail. Shipments generally take from 3-10 business days to reach their destination. The shipping option lead times are estimates provided by the shipper once the order has mailed. IDTAGS.COM does not guarantee shipping lead times and is not responsible for loss, late or mis-directed mail.

Terms and Conditions

We import into our engravers directly from the order form you've submitted and approved. Therefore we are not responsible for mistakes in spelling, or layout. We address correct and barcode all outgoing deliveries for expedited and accurate delivery. We are not responsible for late, loss or misdirected mail.
